Important terms for using RxPulse.

Doctor account

Doctor account creation occurs inside the RxPulse Windows application. Full use of RxPulse requires email code verification, professional information, and administrator approval.

Professional information

Doctors must provide correct BMDC, degree, specialty, and chamber information. If information is wrong, incomplete, or misleading, RxPulse may decline approval, ask for correction, limit use, or stop the account.

Clinical responsibility

RxPulse helps with prescription writing, patient records, follow-up notes, printing, and supportive medicine warnings. It does not replace the doctor’s clinical judgment, patient examination, diagnosis, counselling, legal duty, or professional responsibility.

Medicine warnings

ADE, side effect, patient advice, or interaction warnings are shown as advisory support. They are not a complete medical database and do not guarantee detection of every clinical risk. For custom or unmatched medicines, safety checks may be incomplete.

Patient information and privacy

When doctors store patient information in RxPulse, it should be used professionally. Doctors are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and following applicable law/professional rules when printing, sharing, exporting, or backing up patient information.

Offline use and backup

RxPulse may allow work to continue on the local device during weak internet. Until sync succeeds, data is not cloud backup. Doctors are responsible for keeping their device, browser data, export files, and password safe.

Not for emergency care

RxPulse is a documentation and prescription support tool. It should not be relied on for emergency medical decisions, emergency communication, ambulance support, hospital admission, or life-saving treatment.
