How RxPulse uses and protects information.

RxPulse helps doctors write prescriptions and keep patient records. This page explains, in simple terms, how doctor account information, professional details, patient information, and support contact details are handled.

Information we collect

We collect information needed for doctor account creation, email verification, approval, subscription, payment review, and support. This may include email, name, BMDC number, degree, specialty, chamber information, payment reference, and support messages.

Patient information

Inside the RxPulse app, doctors may store patient name, age, sex, vital signs, history, diagnosis, prescription, allergy, follow-up notes, and other clinical notes. This information is used only for the relevant doctor and approved system processes. The public website does not collect patient records.

Doctor responsibility

Doctors are responsible for keeping their login, password, device, and exported backup files safe. Doctors must avoid sharing patient information with the wrong person or in unsafe places. Before exporting, printing, or sharing patient information, doctors should follow professional and legal responsibilities.

Offline and local data

When internet is weak, RxPulse may keep some information locally on the device first. Until sync succeeds, that information is not cloud backup. If the device is lost, browser data is cleared, or local data is removed during doctor switch, unsynced data may be at risk.

Medicine warnings and clinical support

RxPulse may show supportive warnings about ADE or interactions. These are advisory support only; they do not guarantee detection of every interaction, side effect, contraindication, or clinical risk. Final decisions and patient care remain the doctor’s responsibility.

How we use information

Information is used to operate accounts, review doctor approval, review subscription/payment, provide support, improve security, support sync and backup, and improve the software. We do not sell patient information for advertising purposes.

Information safety

RxPulse uses account access, database rules, storage rules, and admin review processes to help protect information. No software or internet-based system is completely risk-free, so doctors should keep their device, password, and backup files safe.
